Ardilla arrived at Los Barrios pound in July 2025 and was about 1.5 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous Staffordshire Bull Terrier that was found presumably abandoned on the streets and taken to the pound.Ardilla – A Sweet Young Soul Waiting to Blossom..Ardilla was around one and a half years old when he arrived in July 2025. He is very sweet, affectionate, and loves seeking attention from people.He has been introduced to two female dogs, and he absolutely loves playing with them, showing his playful, happy, and social side. He enjoys running and clearly thrives when he gets the chance to move and interact. Ardilla really enjoys human company and being part of what’s going on around him.He used to walk very well on the leash and didn’t react to passing cars or other dogs, but life in the pound is very stressful. With few volunteers and many dogs, his walks are now rare, and spending more than 23.5 hours a day confined in a small, damp, cold cage—along with the noise and movement of other dogs passing by—is taking its toll. When he finally gets the chance to go out, he can become very stressed from all the built-up energy and frustration.Ardilla deserves so much more — a loving home where he can stretch his legs, feel safe, and truly relax, and where he can be a cherished member of the family.Please help Ardilla find the home he so deeply deserves.
