MORTY WILL BE LARGE SIZED (+30KG) ONCE FULLY GROWN.Morty arrived at Los Barrios pound in April 2025 and was about 3.5 months old on arrival. He is a Mastin Crossbreed that was found presumably abandoned on the streets. Morty – A Brave Little Soul… Morty arrived at the pound in April, just around 3.5 months old. It was immediately clear that something was terribly wrong — one of his legs was in a very bad state. Such a young and gentle puppy should never have to endure such pain, and sadly, Morty spent his first month with us confined to a small cage. He struggled greatly. Despite his sweet nature, the isolation and discomfort were too much for a pup of his age.Thankfully, Morty was given a second chance when he moved into foster care. There, he is finally receiving the love, attention, and medical support that he so desperately needed. His leg cannot be used at all at the moment, and he faces a long and challenging road ahead, with several surgeries and ongoing physiotherapy required.Morty’s story is a sad reminder of how vulnerable young animals are — but also of how important it is to give them hope. He’s a sweet, loving soul who deserves every chance at a pain-free and happy life.
