Trevi arrived at Los Barrios pound in December 2025 and was about 8 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous Pitbull Terrier that was found presumably abandoned on the streets and taken to the pound.Trevi arrived at the pound in December 2025 and is estimated to be around 8 years old. This gentleman has a quiet, touching presence and a kind nature that becomes clear the moment you spend time with him.Trevi is an absolute sweetheart with people. Despite his age and the visible signs of a difficult past, he is gentle, affectionate, and clearly appreciates human company. He arrived covered in old scars, which suggest that he may have lived a very rough life, though we do not know anything about his past. What we do know is that his temperament with people is soft, calm, and trusting.As Trevi has only recently arrived at the pound, we are still getting to know him. He has not yet been tested with other dogs, and more information about his personality and needs will be shared as we learn more.Like all the dogs at the pound, Trevi spends more than 23½ hours a day alone in his cage. It is a sad and lonely existence, especially for an older dog who would benefit so greatly from comfort, companionship, and a peaceful place to rest.Trevi deserves to spend his senior years feeling safe, loved, and cared for. A calm home and gentle human company could make an enormous difference to this sweet old boy’s life.
