Nova arrived at Los Barrios pound in May 2025 and was about 1.5 years old on arrival. She is a gorgeous Crossbreed that was found presumably abandoned on the streets and taken to the pound.Nova is a beautiful young girl with a very sweet and loving nature. She was around one and a half years old when she arrived in May 2025.When she first arrived, she seemed confident and happy to go out, but now she can become very frightened outside. As soon as she leaves the pound and reaches the parking lot, she doesn’t want to go any further. She also becomes easily startled whenever she is in the patio, likely due to sensitivity to loud noises.Despite her fears, Nova is affectionate and loving with people. She would do best in a calm and patient home, without other dogs, where she can feel safe and gradually build confidence. She is a truly special girl who deserves a loving family.
