Raven arrived at Los Barrios pound in November 2024 and was about 4 years old on arrival. She is a gorgeous Crossbreed that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.Raven – A Gentle Soul Longing for Love...Raven is a lovely girl who arrived at the pound in November 2024 at the age of four. She has shown herself to be a truly gentle and affectionate soul, forming a special bond with her caretaker and showing just how deeply loyal and loving she can be. Although she clearly has her favorite human, Raven is friendly with everyone and enjoys calm affection and gentle cuddles.When she first arrived, Raven shared her space with Blister, who has since been adopted. Later, she got a new friend in Royce, and the two became great companions. Royce has now also found his forever home, and Raven is once again on her own, quietly waiting in her small cage.Raven loves going out for walks and is a real pleasure on the lead. She walks beautifully and doesn’t seem at all bothered by people, cars, or other dogs passing by. Unfortunately, due to the lack of volunteers, walks are rare — which means she spends more than 23½ hours a day confined to her small cage.During her short daily break in the bare cement patio, she is usually alone — no one to play with, no one to cuddle with. It’s a heartbreaking routine for such a sweet and gentle dog who only wants love and companionship.Raven deserves so much more than this lonely life.
