Quechua arrived at Los Barrios pound in May 2025 and was about 2.5 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous Crossbreed that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.Update on Quechua! ✨Little Quechua was recently lucky enough to leave the pound and move into a loving foster home — and he’s settled in beautifully! His foster family tells us he’s getting along wonderfully with all their other dogs and has already shown what an absolute darling he is: affectionate, gentle, and incredibly small — in fact, the tiniest dog they’ve ever had.He’s recovering well from surgery after being attacked, which is why he urgently needed to leave the pound. Despite everything he’s been through, Quechua is doing amazingly. He’s clearly house trained, so he must have lived in a home before — we just don’t know how or why such a sweet soul ended up abandoned.Fingers crossed this little gem will find his forever home soon. He would be an ideal companion for apartment living thanks to his size and lovely nature.
